MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 58-year-old Richard J. Rokicki, who was last heard from on Friday morning after speaking with family by phone. Rokicki, a Manchester Township resident, was reportedly in the Shore Avenue area of Keansburg, N.J., at the time and planned to return home, but his current whereabouts remain unknown.
Authorities say Rokicki was driving a gray 2024 Toyota Camry with an Ohio license plate (KHC4377) when he was last seen. He is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, with a bald head and a white goatee. Rokicki also has numerous large tattoos covering his chest and arms.
The Manchester Township Police Department has conducted several investigative measures to locate Rokicki but has yet to determine his location.
