QUEENS, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred Tuesday evening aboard public transit in Queens.
The incident began at approximately 7:40 p.m. on November 19, when a 28-year-old woman was riding a Q43 MTA bus near Hillside Avenue and 207th Street. According to police, an unidentified man touched her breast and private area.
The woman exited the bus and entered the Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue subway station, but the individual followed her. As she exited the train at the 75th Street and Elderts Lane station, the man touched her buttocks before remaining on the train.
Police described the suspect as a male with a medium complexion and slim build. The victim was not physically injured during the incident.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the individual or the incident to contact the NYPD as the investigation continues.
