POWHATAN POINT, Ohio — A Lucky for Life ticket sold in Powhatan Point has hit the jackpot, earning its owner $1,000 a day for life in the November 18 drawing.

The winning manual pick ticket was purchased at Tom’s Carry Out, located at 329 State Route 7 N. The winning numbers were 4, 9, 10, 28, and 29, with the Lucky Ball number 1.

The winner will have the option to receive the lifetime prize as an annual $365,000 annuity or a lump sum cash payment of $5,750,000.

Lucky for Life is a multi-state draw game with daily drawings. This win marks a major prize from the Ohio Lottery, which has contributed more than $32 billion to education since its inception in 1974.
