WASHINGTON, DC—On Sunday, a coordinated series of early-morning break-ins and a property destruction incident damaged multiple businesses across Washington, D.C., prompting a citywide search for suspects.

The suspects continued their route along MacArthur Boulevard, with two more break-ins occurring within minutes. At 6:08 a.m., an establishment in the 4800 block was hit, followed by another in the 5100 block at 6:10 a.m. In each case, the suspects stole property and quickly fled.
