GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Alachua County Sheriff’s Office participated in a community food distribution event on Saturday, partnering with the non-profit Farm Share to provide food to residents on Gainesville’s east side. The effort took place at the Church of God by Faith, where Sheriff’s Office employees joined community volunteers in packing and distributing food.
