BRONX, N.Y. — Two men were robbed at knifepoint late on Friday, October 25, while walking on Dean Avenue in the Bronx, police reported, as authorities search for two suspects involved in the attack.
The incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m., when two 27-year-old men were approached by two unidentified assailants near 2382 Dean Avenue. According to police, the suspects brandished knives and demanded the victims’ belongings. One of the assailants placed a knife against one of the victims’ necks before seizing cash and a cell phone.
Following the robbery, both suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. Neither of the victims was physically injured, police said.
The suspects are described as males with dark complexions, appearing to be in their late teens. The NYPD has not yet made any arrests in connection with the incident, and no further details about the suspects have been released.
Authorities are continuing their investigation and have asked anyone with information about the robbery to contact the police.
