Man Found Dead in Brooklyn With Multiple Stab Wounds

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — A man was found dead with multiple stab wounds on Saturday morning in Crown Heights, police said, prompting an ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Officers from the NYPD’s 71st Precinct responded to a 911 call at approximately 11:07 a.m. on November 2, reporting an injured person at 1710 Union Street. When they arrived, they discovered an unidentified male with multiple stab wounds across his body.

Emergency Medical Services pronounced the man dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released, as police are awaiting notification of his family. The Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to officially determine the cause of death.

No arrests have been made, and investigators have not disclosed any potential suspects or motives. Detectives are canvassing the area and reviewing security footage in an effort to gather more information.

The NYPD is asking anyone with information on the incident to contact authorities as the investigation continues.
