Three dead in Bronx triple shooting; police investigation underway

BRONX, N.Y. — Three people were fatally shot Wednesday night in a violent incident inside a residence on Southern Boulevard, according to the New York City Police Department. Officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 8:11 p.m. and arrived at 613 Southern Boulevard in the 41st Precinct to find three victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

Among the victims were a 34-year-old man, who sustained a gunshot wound to the head, a 57-year-old woman, also shot in the head, and a 57-year-old man who had been shot multiple times throughout his body. Emergency medical services pronounced the two 57-year-olds dead at the scene. The 34-year-old man was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was later pronounced dead.

The identities of the deceased individuals have not yet been released, pending family notification. No arrests have been made, and police have not provided any information on potential suspects or motives.

The NYPD is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and is urging anyone with information to contact authorities.
