TOMS RIVER, N.J. — The Township of Toms River is set to welcome residents and visitors to its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 26, from 3 to 8 p.m., according to an announcement from the township government.
Organized by Mayor Dan Rodrick and Toms River Recreation, the event promises a variety of family-friendly attractions, including a haunted hayride, a pumpkin patch, inflatable rides, and food trucks. The festival will also feature a sensory trailer to accommodate guests with sensory sensitivities.
The festival is free to attend, but township officials have provided specific parking instructions for the event. Attendees are advised to park at the Winding River Ice Rink and the Department of Public Works (DPW) leaf yard on Whitesville Road. The park itself will be closed to vehicular traffic to ensure pedestrian safety.
The event is expected to draw large crowds and offers an opportunity for the community to come together for seasonal festivities.
