Cumberland, MD – Collaborative efforts between the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C led to the arrest of several individuals with outstanding warrants on Wednesday, October 22. These efforts targeted open and active warrants to maintain community safety.
Anthony Michael McCullough, 55, from Lavale, was arrested on a Maryland State Police District Court Arrest Warrant for stalking. He was subsequently released on a $15,000 unsecured personal bond from Central Booking. Eric Lynn Clark Jr., aged 33, from Oldtown, was apprehended on a District Court Bench Warrant for violating a protective order. Clark is currently held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Bruce Allen Williams, 27, from Cumberland, faced a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for pretrial release violations and failure to comply with probation terms. Initially convicted for illegal possession of a regulated firearm, receiving a three-year sentence with all but eight months suspended, along with three years of supervised probation, Williams remains detained without bond. Additionally, Donna Mae Easton-Blair, 54, from Cumberland, was arrested over a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for possession
