Albany, NY – The New York State Police Troop B announced the addition of K9 Perkins to their team. Recently graduated from the State Police K9 Academy, Perkins will work alongside Trooper Stevens.
The new K9 is named in honor of fallen Troop B member Charles W. Perkins. As part of his duties, K9 Perkins will specialize in narcotics detection.
Perkins’ partnership with Trooper Stevens marks the beginning of a service dedicated to continuing the legacy of Charles W. Perkins. The team aims to maintain high standards in their narcotics-related operations.
