Terence Savage Arrested for Armed Robbery and Vehicle Theft in Millsboro

Millsboro, DE – Delaware State Police have detained 36-year-old Terence Savage in relation to an armed robbery and vehicle theft that took place last month in Millsboro.

Troopers responded to the incident on the morning of September 29 at approximately 5:15 a.m. near Hollyville Road and Mount Joy Road. Officers discovered that two victims, a man and a woman, had arrived at the scene to meet an acquaintance. When the female victim exited their vehicle, she was robbed at gunpoint, and an unknown sum of cash was taken. Subsequently, a second unidentified suspect expelled the male victim from the vehicle, which was later recovered by detectives.

Savage was captured on September 30 following a pursuit involving the stolen vehicle. He was arrested and confined to Sussex Correctional Institution with a $43,100 cash bond.

Ongoing investigations identified Savage as the second suspect in the armed robbery. On October 11, an arrest warrant was issued, and Savage was charged with Robbery 2nd Degree, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and Conspiracy Second Degree. He remains in custody on an additional $7000 cash bond for
