The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Monday, October 7, at approximately 5:29 p.m. on the 600 block of Marlyn Road. A 27-year-old male was shot once in the left arm and was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is reported to be in stable condition.

The scene remains under investigation, and no weapons have been recovered. No arrests have been made at this time. The Shooting Investigations Group (SIG) is actively working on the case.
