Multiple Arrests Made by Wall Township Police This Week

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Wall Township Police reported a series of arrests made between September 9 and September 15, 2024, involving various offenses, including shoplifting, outstanding warrants, and driving while intoxicated.

On September 9, Patrolman John Kelly arrested Ramaz Robakidze, 48, of Brooklyn, New York, following a shoplifting investigation at Shop-Rite on Route 35. Robakidze was processed and released on a summons.

The next day, Patrolman Cole Kennedy apprehended Crystal M. Sarno, 40, of Perth Amboy, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wall Township Municipal Court. Sarno was transferred to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

On September 11, Patrolman James Yannazzone conducted a motor vehicle stop on Herbertsville Road, resulting in the arrest of Leron C. Crooks, 37, of Browns Mills, and Emiliano Davila Jr., 39, of Keansburg. Both individuals had New Jersey Wanted Persons Warrants issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department. They were processed and handed over to the Sheriff’s Department.

Later in the week, on September 13, Patrolman Joe Phillips arrested Robert C. Thacker, 54, of Farmingdale, during a motor vehicle stop on Route 35. Thacker had a warrant from the Spring Lake Heights Municipal Court and was processed and released. On September 14, Patrolman Shane Roland arrested Michelle L. Ramirez, 65, of Point Pleasant, after she struck a bicyclist in a hit-and-run accident on Atlantic Avenue. Ramirez, who was found to be driving under the influence, was charged with multiple offenses, including assault by auto and leaving the scene of the accident. She was processed and released under John’s Law.

On September 15, Patrolman Kevin Donegan arrested Jason E. Pacheco-Parejas, 20, of Freehold, for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138. Pacheco-Parejas was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
