NYPD Seeks Suspect in Forcible Touching Incident on M103 Bus

MANHATTAN, N.Y. — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident that took place on the Upper East Side earlier this week.

According to authorities, the incident occurred on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at approximately 3:09 p.m. aboard the M103 bus. A 29-year-old woman reported that an unidentified male approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. The suspect then fled on foot, heading eastbound on East 86th Street.

The victim was not injured in the incident, police said.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion and slim build. He was last seen wearing a knitted black hat, a black t-shirt with the words “Grand Cannon, get elevated,” blue jeans, and black sneakers with white soles.

The NYPD has released images of the individual and is urging anyone with information on the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to contact the authorities. The investigation is ongoing.
