A Coastal Flood Advisory is also in effect from 6 p.m. this evening until midnight. Up to one foot of inundation above ground level is expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways in Ocean, Atlantic, and Southeastern Burlington counties. The advisory warns that flooding may begin on vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways, potentially leading to some road closures.
