COLUMBUS, OH—Authorities in Grove City are urgently seeking public assistance in locating Quinntel Maurice Bagley, 38, who is accused of kidnapping a woman for the second time in less than two months.
Police reported that on a recent Friday morning, Bagley allegedly abducted the same victim from her home and transported her to the west side of Columbus.
The victim managed to escape unharmed and was last seen near Eureka Avenue and West Broad Street. This incident follows a prior kidnapping by Bagley on June 13, involving the same individual.
Grove City Police Lieutenant Jason Stern described Bagley as wearing dark clothing and a mask during the abduction. He warned that Bagley should be considered armed and dangerous. The police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them immediately or call 911.
