As of 8:11 a.m., there’s a vehicle fire on the New Jersey Turnpike outer roadway northbound north of Interchange 14 (I-78/US 1&9) in Newark, blocking one right lane and the shoulder. At 7:36 a.m., a vehicle went off the roadway on I-287 northbound south of Exit 14 (US 22) in Bridgewater Township, closing two left lanes. By 8:39 a.m., there were minor delays on NJ 70 westbound from CR 627/Cooper Landing Rd to CR 644/Grove St/Haddonfield Rd in Cherry Hill Township, with all lanes open and delays due to volume.

At 8:36 a.m., delays were reported at the Holland Tunnel south tunnel eastbound with a travel time of 20 minutes from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 14C and 20 minutes from New Jersey 139 at Tonnelle Circle. At the same time, delays were also noted at the Lincoln Tunnel south tunnel eastbound New Jersey side at the toll plaza in Weehawken Township, with a travel time of 20 minutes from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 16E to the New York side.

Additionally, at 8:35 a.m., delays at the Lincoln Tunnel center tunnel eastbound New Jersey side at the toll plaza in Weehawken Township reported a travel time of 20 minutes from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 16E to the New York side. Concurrently, delays on the George Washington Bridge lower level eastbound New Jersey side in Fort Lee showed a travel time of 20 minutes on I-95 from I-80 to the Alexander Hamilton Bridge. The upper level eastbound showed a 25-minute travel time from I-95 on I-80 to the Alexander Hamilton Bridge.

As of 8:31 a.m., there were delays on the Garden State Parkway northbound from north of Exit 148 (John F Kennedy Dr North) in Bloomfield to Exit 153A (NJ 3) in Clifton, causing a five-mile delay. At 8:18 a.m., delays on NJ 42 northbound from Exit 12 (CR 544/Clements Bridge Rd) in Deptford Township to I-295 in Bellmawr were reported, with all lanes open and delays due to volume.

By 8:17 a.m., delays on I-76 westbound from Exit 1A (NJ 42/I-295) in Bellmawr to Walt Whitman Bridge in Gloucester City were noted, with all lanes open and delays due to volume. At 8:16 a.m., NJ 73 northbound from CR 671/Kresson Rd in Voorhees Township to NJ 38 in Maple Shade Township experienced delays, with all lanes open and delays due to volume. Similarly, minor delays were observed on NJ 73 southbound from NJ 38 in Maple Shade Township to CR 616/Church Rd in Mount Laurel Township at 8:13 a.m., with all lanes open.

At 8:12 a.m., delays on I-295 northbound approaching Exit 67 (US 1) in Lawrence Township were due to volume, with all lanes open. Delays on NJ 70 westbound from New Rd to US 206 in Southampton Township were reported at 8:11 a.m., with all lanes open and delays due to volume. Finally, at 8:11 a.m., the Garden State Parkway northbound from south of Exit 135 (Central Ave) in Clark Township to north of Exit 136 (Stiles St) in Cranford Township experienced a two-mile delay, with all lanes open.
