By 8:39 a.m., there were minor delays on NJ 70 westbound from CR 627/Cooper Landing Rd to CR 644/Grove St/Haddonfield Rd in Cherry Hill Township, with all lanes open and delays due to volume.
At 8:36 a.m., delays were reported at the Holland Tunnel south tunnel eastbound with a travel time of 20 minutes from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 14C and 20 minutes from New Jersey 139 at Tonnelle Circle.
