Philadelphia Police Seek Assistance in Indecent Assault Case

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is requesting the public’s help in identifying a man linked to an indecent assault incident. The assault occurred at the Dollar Tree store at 56 E. Snyder Ave on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Employees at the store have indicated that the suspect is a regular at both the Snyder Plaza and the nearby I-95 underpass, where he is known to park his vehicle. The police have released photos of the suspect, who is described as a black male, aged between 25 to 30 years, with a dark complexion. He is approximately 6 feet tall, of stocky build, and has a short receding hairline and a full beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black t-shirt, gray shorts, and black sneakers.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to come forward to aid in the investigation and ensure community safety.
