- Drunken Naked Man Charged at Falmouth Beach
STAFFORD COUNTY, VA—A beach scene took a surprising turn at Falmouth Beach yesterday morning, reminiscent of the TV show "Naked and Afraid." Stafford County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a naked individual causing a disturbance.
The incident occurred at 11:46 AM when Deputy T.S. Myree arrived at the scene. The individual, a 34-year-old man, was found intoxicated and refused to clothe himself.
He was subsequently arrested for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, and public intoxication.
The man is currently held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

The vehicle, which was sporting expired Virginia temporary tags, was stopped at around 6:53 PM. During the interaction with the driver, a police K-9 alerted officers to the potential presence of a firearm in the vehicle.
Upon further inspection, officers discovered not only the handgun but also a stash of illegal fireworks. The bomb squad and ATF investigators were promptly notified and arrived at the scene to assist.
Both the 30-year-old driver and a 46-year-old male passenger were charged in connection with the findings.

ROXBURY, MA—During a basketball tournament at Malcolm X Park on Wednesday night, Boston Police arrested two individuals and seized a firearm. The Youth Violence Strike Force took action around 9:36 PM, arresting 18-year-olds Anthony Diaz from Malden and Braxten Baker from Brockton.
Officers were monitoring the event to enhance public safety when they noticed Diaz and Baker, who appeared uninterested in the game and focused instead on the police presence. Observations led to suspicions that Diaz might be armed.
When Diaz attempted to leave the tournament prematurely and fled upon police approach, he was quickly apprehended after a brief chase. Officers found a firearm concealed in his shorts. Meanwhile, Baker interfered with the arrest, leading to his own arrest for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
The recovered weapon was a black Ruger semi-automatic handgun with a defaced serial number and a laser attachment. The gun was loaded with one round in the chamber and six rounds in the magazine. Diaz faces multiple charges, including carrying and possessing a firearm illegally, and will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
