Townsend, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested Jacob Singleton, a 24-year-old from Bear, Delaware, on charges of felony criminal mischief following an incident at a Townsend business. The arrest occurred after Singleton allegedly caused extensive damage at Drake’s Towing on Dupont Parkway.

Following his arraignment by Justice of the Peace Court 11, Singleton was committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $6,001 secured bond.

Cruz is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 175 pounds. She has a black afro hairstyle and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a brown crop top shirt, blue jeans, and black croc shoes.
