Toms River Woman Sentenced for Robbery, Assault and Drug Charges

Toms River, NJ — Olivia Paige, 35, of Toms River, was sentenced to a total of seven years in New Jersey State Prison following multiple criminal incidents in Ocean County. The sentencing was announced by Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and was presided over by the Honorable Guy P. Ryan, P.J.Cr.P.

Paige received her sentence on Thursday for a robbery in Lakewood Township on August 29, 2023. Under the No Early Release Act, she must serve at least 85 percent of this sentence before becoming eligible for parole.

In addition, she was sentenced to three years for cocaine possession related to a January 11, 2023 incident in Brick Township, and eighteen months for aggravated assault from an April 14, 2023 confrontation, also in Lakewood Township. All sentences will run concurrently.

The August robbery involved Paige threatening a woman with a knife and demanding money in Lakewood’s Clifton Avenue. She was apprehended shortly afterward at a nearby eatery. During another incident in Brick Township, Paige was arrested for shoplifting and possession of cocaine. In April, she was arrested after behaving erratically and assaulting police officers in Lakewood.

Paige has been in custody at the Ocean County Jail since her arrest in August 2023, following these events.
