CHESAPEAKE BAY, MD—The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) has issued a traffic advisory for drivers planning to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge today. A temporary traffic hold is scheduled for both directions of the bridge between 11 AM and 12 PM.
This hold is anticipated to last between 15 and 30 minutes. Motorists are advised that traffic delays could extend into the afternoon. Drivers are encouraged to adjust their travel plans to avoid congestion.
