NEW YORK, NY—Traffic incidents and construction projects are affecting several major roadways in New York City this morning. A crash on I-95 northbound at Rosedale Avenue has blocked one left lane as of 7:42 AM. Additionally, a disabled tractor trailer has been reported on I-95 northbound at Exit 5A – White Plains Road since 6:02 AM, blocking one right lane.

NEW YORK, NY—Construction activity is significant today, starting with the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound near Bruckner Boulevard and I-678 where one right lane will be closed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Roadwork on the Marine Parkway Bridge southbound started at 7:25 AM, with one right lane closure continuing into the morning.

NEW YORK, NY—The Verrazano-Narrows Bridge is experiencing lane closures on both its lower level westbound, reported at 3:50 AM, and upper level eastbound, due to a special event reported at 6:00 AM, affecting traffic flow towards Brooklyn.

NEW YORK, NY—Long-term construction projects are impacting traffic flow in various locations. Notably, all lanes on Bay 8th Street’s eastbound ramp to the Belt Parkway are closed until 11:00 PM tonight, with the closure expected to remain until June 23. The Queensboro Bridge upper level eastbound also has all lanes closed for a long-term incident.

Several other long-term closures include the I-895 southbound entrance ramp from Bruckner Boulevard, with one right lane closed until December 24, and the Bronx River Parkway northbound at East 233rd Street, where the center lane is closed and traffic is redirected to use the right shoulder.
