Pennsylvania Woman Facing Charges After Violent Incident at Wildwood Motel Pool

Multiple charges have been filed against Fallan Turner, 43, of Philadelphia, PA, following a chaotic incident at a motel pool in Wildwood Crest. Police were called to the scene on Monday afternoon where they arrested Turner after she allegedly endangered a child and assaulted law enforcement officers.

The altercation occurred at approximately 2:29 pm at a location on the 6200 block of Ocean Avenue.

Witnesses reported that a highly intoxicated Turner was behaving uncontrollably in the pool area. She reportedly grabbed an unrelated ten-year-old boy, swinging and dunking him in the pool, which led to an intervention by the boy’s father. Turner escalated the situation by jumping on the father’s back and making inappropriate contact.

During her arrest, Turner exhibited belligerence and physically assaulted the officers, including pushing one in the face and biting another’s hand. The involved officers, identified as P/O Frederick Palmer, P/O Logan Burke, and DSG. James Mulholland, did not sustain significant injuries.

Turner faces multiple charges including three counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement, all third-degree offenses. Additional charges include resisting arrest with force, criminal sexual contact, failure to allow fingerprinting, and two counts of harassment, among others.

She was subsequently lodged in Cape May County Correctional Facility, following guidelines associated with the Criminal Justice Bail Reform Policies and Directives.
