OXON HILL, MD – Investigators from the Oxon Hill Division IV station have arrested Brandyn Green, 38, who was found with an estimated one million dollars in stolen equipment on his property.
On June 13, the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) executed a search warrant at Green’s property on the 4400 block of Wheeler Road. The search was part of an ongoing investigation into the theft of construction equipment and machinery. Authorities discovered 13 stolen skid steers, two excavators, several trailers, and various building equipment on the property.
Detectives have already identified several victims and have begun returning the stolen property. Efforts to identify additional victims are ongoing.
Green faces charges for a theft scheme valued over $100,000 and multiple felony theft counts. Additional charges are anticipated. The PGPD’s Washington Area Vehicle Enforcement Team (WAVE) had two open arrest warrants for Green, charging him with multiple counts of auto theft. Investigators from Bowie Division II played a crucial role in the investigation.
