NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department has announced the arrest of Robert Pierpont, a 40-year-old resident of East 51st Street, Manhattan. Pierpont was apprehended on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 7:55 AM within the confines of the 7th Precinct and faces charges of Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.

The suspect fled the scene heading north on Second Avenue. Thankfully, the victim did not sustain physical injuries, though the emotional and psychological impact of the attack is significant.
