Ms. Alvarez, known to suffer from diabetes and memory loss, was last seen at noon today walking north on North 7th Street toward 6th Avenue.
Standing at 5 feet 3 inches and weighing 130 pounds, Ms. Alvarez was last observed wearing a long sleeve plaid shirt, blue jeans with an embroidered design on the back pocket, and gray, black, and white sneakers. She wears her hair in a bun and communicates solely in Spanish.
