Bethlehem Township Police Seek Foster Home for Dog Found Last Week

BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, PA – The Bethlehem Township Police Department is seeking a foster home for a young dog that has been in their care for nearly a week. The dog was found along Christian Spring Road near Housenick Memorial Park and has since been living at police headquarters.

While the officers enjoy his company and taking him for walks, they acknowledge that a police department is not an ideal home for a dog. Currently, local shelters are unable to accept new dogs, prompting the police to reach out to the community for help.
