HIGH POINT, NC – Mark Douglas from High Point has won the first $100,000 prize in the new Instant Millions scratch-off game after purchasing a $20 ticket. The lucky ticket was bought at Quick Mart, located on West Main Street in Jamestown.
Douglas claimed his prize at lottery headquarters on Friday. After federal and state tax withholdings, he walked away with $71,506.
