MIDDLETOWN, PA – A Weis Markets store in Montoursville, Lycoming County, sold a winning Pennsylvania Lottery Fast Play ticket worth $219,281. The ticket, part of the BBQ Bucks game, was purchased on Thursday, May 23, and the store will receive a $500 bonus for the sale.

BBQ Bucks, a $10 Fast Play game, starts its progressive top prizes at $150,000. Unlike traditional lottery tickets, Fast Play tickets are printed on demand from a lottery terminal or a self-service touchscreen vending terminal, similar to instant Scratch-Off games but without the need for scratching or waiting for a drawing.

Players can check if they have won by scanning their ticket at any Lottery retailer, using the Ticket Checker on the Lottery’s official app, or simply reviewing the ticket. Winners of top prizes should sign the back of their tickets immediately and contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to claim their prize.

Prizes must be claimed within one year from the ticket’s purchase date. All prizes over $5,000 are subject to withholding. Additional information about claiming prizes and game rules can be found at palottery.com.
