Baltimore, MD – On Thursday, homicide detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department initiated an investigation following the discovery of what are believed to be potential human remains at the Baltimore County Refuse/Recycling Center situated on Beaver Dam Road.

Officials responded to the site during the morning at about 9:00 a.m. to conduct inquiries into the matter.
