Jackson Liberty Cheer Squad Recognized for Three-Peat State Title

JACKSON, NJ – Jackson Township Mayor Michael Reina and the town council have recognized the three-time Jackson Liberty High School Cheer Squad for their third consecutive state championship title.

The Jackson Liberty Competition Cheer team won the state title for “All Music Large” at the NJCDCA State Championship. This is their third consecutive title and fourth overall state title for this cheer team.

“These girls have true Jackson spirit and pride and it has been an honor to recognize their achievements,” said Mayor Michael Reina. “I wish them all continued success.”

Council President Jennifer Kuhn noted the difficulty of the squad’s repeated success.

“A lot of work goes into winning a cheer championship, including lots of hard work by the girls and a lot of long hours and support by their parents and families,” Kuhn said. “I admire these young women and their determination to succeed and win.  Their hard work has paid off and will continue, even after graduation, bringing that level of commitment and dedication to college or the workplace.”
