BRONX, NY — A crime scene unfolded on Sunday, May 5, 2024, as police responded to a 911 call at approximately 1452 hours, reporting an unresponsive male at 1675 Lafayette Avenue, located within the 43rd Precinct/PSA 8 boundaries. Upon arrival, officers discovered 37-year-old Roman Luna, unconscious with signs of trauma to his body.
Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene and pronounced Luna deceased. The exact cause of death has yet to be determined and will be evaluated by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
