Pennsylvania Man Killed in Delaware Motorcycle Crash

Middletown, DE – The Delaware State Police reported a fatal crash involving a motorcycle near Middletown on Thursday. The incident occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m. yesterday on Warwick Road.

The collision involved a Ford F-250 and a Honda CBR motorcycle. The driver of the F-250, a 24-year-old man from Coatesville, Pennsylvania, and two passengers were unharmed. Sadly, the 61-year-old motorcycle driver from New Castle, Delaware, succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.

The scene was investigated, resulting in a road closure lasting approximately three and a half hours. The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is actively looking into this tragic incident.
