Authorities in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, confirmed on Friday that remains were found in an abandoned building belonging to a missing 24-year-old woman, Rikiah Mahrquis Griffie. She was last seen on October 7, 2022, and reported missing on October 21 of the same year.
Pennsylvania State Police discovered the remains in the 100 block of Fifth Avenue in Aliquippa based on an anonymous tip, using dental records to make the identification.
The cause and manner of her death are yet to be determined according to the Beaver County Coroner’s Office.
