FORKED RIVER, NJ – Stache, a senior dog with a gentle demeanor, is ready for adoption at the Associated Humane Popcorn Park Shelter. He was found abandoned at a local convenience store in New Jersey along with a younger dog. Despite his advanced age, estimated at around 9 years, Stache may be even older.
Stache is currently recovering from neglect; he is underweight, missing several teeth, and suffering from poor skin condition. However, with ongoing medical treatment, he is already feeling better. He will require continuous medication for his skin and joint supplements for arthritis indefinitely. Stache thrives in a calm environment without young children or too much noise, and he is good with other laid-back dogs but needs a cat-free home.
