Erik Scott Warner, 48, was sentenced to 27 months; Felipe Antonio Martinez, 50, to 21 months; Derek Kinnison, 42, to 33 months; Ronald Mele, 54, to 33 months. All were ordered to pay $2,000 restitution and complete 36 months of supervised release. The group was convicted of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an official proceeding, and misdemeanor offenses of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

These ‘Three Percenters’ planned their actions through a Telegram chat, driving to Washington to interfere with the certification of Joe Biden’s victory. The men marched to the Capitol, causing chaos and storming the building.

Ronald Mele shot a selfie video on the way, and they carried knives and bear spray. The arrests were made on June 10, 2021. These actions are part of broader legal consequences following the Jan. 6 insurrection, with over 1,387 individuals charged in the Capitol breach, nearly 500 facing charges of assaulting or impeding law enforcement.
