Students Protest Against Aggressive Furries

Student Walkout in Nebo School District Over “Furry” Controversy – They Attack Us, and We Get in Trouble for Kicking Them

NEBO, UT — A student protest occurred at Nebo School District in Utah, where students walked out in objection to the administration’s handling of behaviors associated with “furries.” Participants in the protest claim that individuals identifying as furries have been allowed to bite, bark at, and pounce on other students without facing disciplinary actions.

The protesting students argue that their attempts to defend themselves from such actions lead to repercussions against them, rather than the aggressors. This situation has raised concerns about the consistency and fairness of the school’s disciplinary measures. The school district has not yet responded to requests for comment on the matter.

Students described furries, children dressed as animals, who pretend to be animals, hissing, clawing, and, barking at them in the school and they are left powerless to defend themselves for fear of getting into trouble.

On Wednesday, students staged a walkout to protest the administration’s double standard regarding furries.

Students also said a cat litter box was placed in the girls’ bathroom at the school.
