Philadelphia Lawmaker Now A Wanted Fugitive; Arrest Warrant Issued

Arrest Warrant Issued for Pennsylvania State Representative Kevin J. Boyle

PHILADELPHIA, PA – An arrest warrant has been issued for Pennsylvania State Representative Kevin J. Boyle due to allegations of violating a restraining order involving a woman.

The Philadelphia Police Department confirmed the issuance of the warrant on Tuesday. Representative Boyle, 44, serves Pennsylvania’s 172nd District, which includes parts of Northeast Philadelphia and Montgomery County.

This legal issue is not the first controversy involving Rep. Boyle. In February, he was reportedly involved in a confrontation at Gaul & Co. Malt House in Rockledge, PA, where he allegedly threatened to use his political influence against the establishment during a heated exchange with staff. The incident, which included a profanity-laced tirade, was captured on video and went viral.

In 2021, Boyle faced arrest on charges of harassment and violating a protection order filed by his then-wife, which his attorney described as a domestic issue. The recent developments add to the ongoing legal challenges and public scrutiny facing the lawmaker.

According to the New York Post:

Rep. Kevin Boyle, 44, started his outburst at Gaul & Co. Malt House in Rockledge, Pa. when he shouted at a female bartender and refused several orders to leave, according to the viral footage.

“I can f–king end this bar by the way, I’d f–king end this bar if I wanted to,” Boyle screamed.

“You’re all f–king a–holes by the way,” Boyle proclaims as he stands up and grabs his jacket, while one of the people off camera encourages him to go to his car before they call the cops.
