Jackson Police Arrest Man For Sexual Assault of Young Child

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Jackson Police Department has arrested a man for an alleged sexual assault against a young child in the township.

John Frank Zack is facing charges from a 2015 incident, according to municipal court records. The charge accuses Zack of sexual assault, a second-degree crime under code 2C:14-2B, indicating the victim was under four years of age.

The arrest was made on Monday, and Zack was subsequently processed at the Ocean County Jail on April 8th. Jackson Police Officer Kevin Kleinknecht said in his report that the incident allegedly occurred on November 20, 2015. A warrant for his arrest was issued on April 4th.

The Prosecutor’s Office has yet to release further details regarding the case. Municipal court documents confirm Zack’s charges and the date of the alleged incident.
