HANOVER, MD — A troubling incident unfolded in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills Circle as two teenagers were robbed of their personal items under the threat of violence.
The robbery occurred at approximately 8:00 PM, with one victim reporting that an object, believed to be a handgun, was pressed against him during the theft. The other teenager stated that a chain was forcibly removed from his neck.
Police swiftly responded to the scene, detaining two individuals suspected of involvement in the crime. Following an initial investigation, a 13-year-old male from Odenton, Maryland, was criminally charged in connection with one of the incidents. The second suspect has been released pending further inquiries.
