Guilty Plea Entered in Unionville Burglary Case

Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced that Jesse Frank, 38, of Unionville, has pled guilty to Burglary in the First Degree in Orange County Court.

Frank admitted to kicking down a tenant’s door while wielding a knife on May 10, 2023, resulting in injuries to the victim. He faces up to nine years in prison as per the plea agreement, with sentencing scheduled for May 7, 2024.
