Trenton Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing

TRENTON, NJ—A fatal stabbing case is currently under investigation by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department, as announced by Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, around 2:40 a.m., at the Kingsbury Square low-rise apartments. Police discovered an adult male victim in an abandoned apartment, suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was quickly transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where he was declared dead shortly after arrival. A suspect has been detained at the scene in connection with the stabbing.
