BALTIMORE, MD — Members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested a 17-year-old male, 18-year-old Davon Butler, and 19-year-old Charles Bowen on February 28. Following the arrest, detectives transported the suspects to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they face charges of 1st-degree murder.
