Massive and Fun Food Truck Rally Coming to New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. – Mercer County is calling all food truck operators and craft vendors to apply for its 12th Annual Cultural Festival & Food Truck Rally. Scheduled for Saturday, June 8, at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, NJ, the event promises a day-long celebration from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. of the region’s rich cultural diversity.

County Executive Dan Benson, the Board of County Commissioners, and the Division of Culture and Heritage are spearheading this festival, which will feature live music, traditional dance performances, a variety of authentic food trucks, a beer garden, art demonstrations, and activities for children among other attractions.

The festival aims to celebrate the myriad cultures and countries of origin represented across Mercer County’s 12 municipalities. As part of the event, craft vendors selling cultural or heritage-related goods and food vendors are encouraged to participate, ensuring the festival offers an authentic and diverse array of experiences.

Interested participants must fill out the online application form by April 1, 2024. Due to the event’s growing popularity, the Division of Culture & Heritage will limit the number of craft and food vendors. Applications will be thoroughly reviewed to curate this year’s festival lineup, prioritizing a wide representation of cultures. Selected vendors will be notified by April 8, 2024, with payment arrangements to follow.

This year’s Cultural Festival & Food Truck Rally not only promises to be a vibrant celebration of diversity but also an excellent opportunity for vendors to showcase their unique offerings to a broad audience.
