Washington, DC – The D.C. Metro Police Department urgently requests help in locating 15-year-old Kwame O’Neil. O’Neil was last observed near the 4400 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast D.C., at approximately 12:16 PM on Sunday, February 18.
Kwame O’Neil is described as a Black male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 125 to 135 pounds. He has black short dreadlocks and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a green coat, black pants, and black shoes.
