Baltimore, Maryland – In a significant development regarding a shooting on February 3rd in the Eastern District, Baltimore police have apprehended 43-year-old Marrico Bell, a resident of Baltimore.
The arrest follows an investigation into an incident where a 32-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound after a dispute in the 1500 block of Carswell Street. The victim, who was later treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, was identified as the target of the altercation leading to the shooting.
Bell was taken into custody on February 9th by detectives without any issues. He has since been transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, facing charges of attempted first-degree murder.
The police response was initially triggered on February 3rd, around 5:44 p.m., upon receiving reports of a walk-in shooting victim at a nearby hospital. The investigation quickly focused on the incident in the 1500 block of Carswell Street, culminating in Bell’s arrest.
