At approximately 4:02 am, officers arrived on the scene to confront a volatile situation. Despite initial resistance from Christopher Bradshaw, who demanded officers leave the premises, law enforcement was able to gather evidence of an assault outside the residence based on witness statements and physical signs of a struggle.

A witness recounted seeing Bradshaw punching and kicking the victim outside before dragging them into the house. Upon making contact with Bradshaw, officers attempted to detain him as he tried to re-enter the residence, leading to his arrest following a brief altercation.

The victim, once located by officers, presented clear signs of assault and recounted the ordeal. According to their account, an argument with Bradshaw escalated into physical violence, including repeated strikes to the face both inside a vehicle and subsequently outside. The victim attempted to flee but was found by Bradshaw, who continued the assault and forced them into the residence.

Christopher Dale Bradshaw, 25, of Cumberland, Maryland, was charged and held at the Allegany County Detention Center until he posted a $5,000 bond.
