WASHINGTON, D.C. – Police in D.C. are calling on the public to assist in identifying two suspects involved in an armed robbery in Northwest Washington. The incident occurred late Monday night, around 10:34 p.m., in the 1000 block of 7th Street.
According to reports, the victim was confronted by two individuals. One of the suspects demanded money, saying, “borrow me some money,” while both brandished handguns. The encounter escalated when one of the suspects assaulted the victim before fleeing with the victim’s property.
Surveillance cameras in the vicinity captured images of the suspects, and detectives are now seeking assistance from the community to help identify them.
